FPV: Last Signal is a free game made by Prisha iCube. By playing it you agree to these terms.
Free to play
The game is free. There are no purchases, and in-game credits have no money value and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game.
Fiction, not instruction
The story, places, nations, armies and characters are fictional. The game simplifies flight, radio, weapons and tactics for the sake of play. Nothing in it is advice or training for real drones, real weapons or real military operations, and it must not be used as such.
Fair use of the site
Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or copy it to pass off as your own. You are welcome to share links to it, stream your play and post screenshots or videos.
Ownership
The game, its code, artwork, sound design, text and logo belong to Prisha iCube. It is built with three.js (MIT licence) and uses the Chakra Petch, Share Tech Mono and IBM Plex Sans typefaces (SIL Open Font Licence). Those components remain under their own licences.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, without any warranty. It needs a device and browser that support WebGL, and performance varies between devices. Progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared; we cannot restore it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Prisha iCube is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game or the site. Take regular breaks, and stop playing if you feel unwell; some effects include flashing light and video static.
Changes and law
We may update the game and these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
